    WNS series automatic oil-fired, gas-fired boilers were adopted advanced international
three-pass and wet back structure. The boilers are matched excellent imported
brand burners and high automatic control system. The boilers have the characteristics
of reasonable structure, safely running, high efficiency, energy saving and conveniently operation.

     WNS series automatic gas-fired boiler is horizontal, three-pass, wet back shell boiler. The main structure includes: Boiler shell, Bellows furnace, Returns burns chamber, Threaded gas pipe, etc. The shell and the furnace are made by 20g boiler special steel. Furnace & Returns burns room, Tube plate & Boiler shell and Returns burns room & Returns burns room cylinder are connected by the method of flanged edge connecting. 
      The design of the boiler is according to JB/T10094-1999General Technology Conditions for Industry Boiler.The intensity calculation of all the press parts is according to GB/T16508-1996, and design the safety valve outlet according to supervision regulation of stream boilers safety techniquefor ensuring the safety of boiler body.
