The Taishan Group Co., LTD starts promoting the quantity management completely since 1983.
In 1984, we write the first edition-the manual of quantity guarantee and found perfect quality protection system. In 1999, we write the fourth edition--the manual of quantity according to GB/T19001-1994 and has got ISO9001 certificate. The fifth edition--the manual of quantity being used is wrote according to the regulations,rules and standards such as GB/T19001-2000,special equipment safety inspection rules, steam boiler safety technology inspection regulation and hot water boiler safety technology inspection regulation and so on. It obtains the quantity system attestation. All these guarantee the design of the power plant boiler and industial boiler and the quality management in the process of producing and service. It is basic standard of company quality management system and general outline of quality management.

The company does every quality management work according to the request of quantity managemen sysytem. The company puts forward the strict request to manage job,resources management,the analysis of the product measure and improving process. The 8 quality managing principle of quality management is " to regard customer as the focus and lead function, whole member participation, the process method ,the system method of management, continuous improvement, decision method according to fact and the relation of the benefit with provider". Every departments performs their functon and every work process, which makes the quality system of the company perfect and makes the product quantity availably improve .
